What is the minimum spend for booking the dining space?

The minimum food and beverage spend varies by day: £2,000 +VAT with 7.5% service charge for smaller groups, £3,500 +VAT with 7.5% service charge for Friday bookings, and £5,000 +VAT with 12.5% service charge for Tuesday exclusive hire. All minimums include VAT and service charge on top.

What spaces are included when booking the dining area?

The dining space booking includes both the diner and pool room areas. The venue is open plan across 3 floors with no private rooms available. For larger events, you can also book the lounge (second floor) which has a bar and DJ area.

What is the capacity for the dining space?

The dining space can accommodate up to 150 guests for seated events. For standing events, the venue can hold up to 500 guests across all floors, but this would require booking additional areas beyond just the dining space.

Are there age restrictions for events?

Yes, all guests must be over 18 years old for events at The 411. This applies to all bookings including private hire events.

What additional services are available and how much do they cost?

DJ services are available for £500 +VAT, and there's an on-site photobooth that can be unlocked for £420 +VAT. The lounge area (second floor) includes a bar and is where the DJ is typically located.

How does the payment structure work?

A pre-payment of £1,000 +VAT is required to be used towards food and drink pre-orders. This amount goes toward your minimum spend requirement, and guests can order additional drinks during the event.

What days of the week have different pricing?

Pricing varies significantly by day of the week. Tuesdays have a £5,000 minimum spend, while other weekdays may have lower minimums. Saturdays appear to have limited availability for certain types of bookings, with Sundays offered as alternatives.

Can the venue accommodate seated dinners for large groups?

The venue cannot accommodate seated dinners for large groups. For groups requiring seated dining, the maximum capacity is 150 guests. Larger events would need to be standing receptions rather than seated dinners.

What entertainment facilities are included?

The dining space includes pool tables as part of the booking. The venue also features vinyl DJs playing R&B, Funk, Classic Hip-Hop, and Soul music, and offers beer pong facilities for late-night entertainment.

Is exclusive hire available and what does it include?

Exclusive hire is available with minimum spends starting from £5,000 +VAT for Tuesdays. The venue spans 3 floors in an open-plan layout, so exclusive hire would give you access to the entire space including the diner, pool room, and lounge areas.
