All quotes are bespoke depending on event type and duration, with a minimum 5-hour hire requirement that cannot be scheduled mid-day. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date, with the remaining balance due 5 weeks before the event.

What are the venue's operating hours and curfew restrictions?

Access can be arranged from as early as 6:00am to as late as midnight finish. However, there's a strict 11:00pm curfew for guest departures and loud music, with all staff and suppliers required to vacate by midnight. The venue provides on-the-door security to manage these curfews.

What branding and customization options are available for pop-up events?

The venue offers extensive branding opportunities including large floor-to-ceiling windows that can be vinyled for custom branding, a 65-inch external-facing TV for window displays, and complete freedom to add signage, decorations, or wall branding. What furniture and facilities are included in the venue hire?

Included furniture comprises 6 bistro tables, 3 RGB light-up poseur tables, 18 bar stools, 10 trestle tables, 6 square poseur tables, 50 white fold-out chairs, 2 three-seater cube benches, and a lectern. The venue also features a demo kitchen, catering kitchen, cloakroom with coat rails and tickets, blackout electric blinds, fireplace, and street-level 6ft-wide access doors for easy loading.

Are there age restrictions for events at Icetank?

Yes, Icetank has a strict policy of no under-21s for private events. For events where most guests are under 21, everyone must leave by 8:00pm rather than the standard 11:00pm curfew.

What are the catering options and kitchen facilities?

Icetank does not have an alcohol license, so all drinks must be pre-paid in advance - no cash bar operations are permitted. The venue has preferred catering suppliers who know the space well, or you can bring your own caterers (subject to a non-preferred supplier fee). Two kitchens are available: a demo kitchen on the ground floor and a catering kitchen on the lower ground floor.
