After confirming interest, you'll receive an order agreement to read, sign and return to confirm the booking. The finance team will then send an invoice to your provided email address, and any additional services like security require separate agreements.

A maximum of 30 exhibition stands can be accommodated across Foyle 2 and the Atrium - 16 stands in Foyle 2 and 14 in the Atrium. Each standard table space is 75cm x 150cm, and power outlets are available throughout both spaces with extension cables provided by the IT team.
