Events typically run from 8:00am-6:00pm. A 5pm finish can be accommodated at no additional cost if contracts are signed by the end of the week when offered.

What mandatory additional services are required for film and photo shoots?

Security, event management, and staffing are mandatory additions to the base venue hire fee. Production services through exclusive partner Vibration Production may also be required depending on your technical needs.

What AV equipment is included in the venue hire?

In-house AV inclusions are 4 x 75" professional display screens, 12 x uplighters, 2 x handheld microphones, lectern, and high quality PA system. Additional technical requirements can be arranged through Vibration Production, the exclusive production partner.

How long can dates be held and what is the booking process?

Dates are held for 7 days before becoming joint first option (first come, first serve). Contracts are sent via DocuSign for electronic signing, and deposit payment is required as per contract terms.

What is the payment structure and when are deposits due?

Full payment can be made in advance upon request. Deposit payments are required as specified in the contract terms, with invoices sent for deposit payment once contracts are signed.

The venue is now operated by C&H (BWG) Limited, a Broadwick company, following acquisition from Camm & Hooper. All existing contractual agreements are honored and the transition does not affect confirmed bookings.

OXO2 is located at Level Two, OXO Tower Wharf, Barge House Street, London SE1 9PH. Access is via the exclusive entrance at the top of the long staircase on the West side of the OXO tower block, closest to London Eye/Waterloo with the river on your left when facing. Closest stations are Blackfriars and Waterloo.
