How long are booking holds and what are the payment terms?

Are there any size restrictions that would prevent booking?

The venue cannot accommodate events requiring more than 120 guests in theatre style in their largest space (Lecture Hall). Events requiring significantly more capacity will be declined, as confirmed when a 130+ guest event was turned away.

Room 1847 is a private events space above Searcys Bar & Brasserie accommodating up to 60 guests with a private bar.
