The venue can accommodate up to 200 people for standing receptions. The 1 Bar is a 21+ venue only, so all guests must be 21 years of age or older. Events with guests under 21 are not permitted at the venue.

What food options are available and how much do they cost?

The venue offers pizzas at £10.70 each (excluding service charge), with various flavours including Margherita, BBQ Chicken, Pepperoni, and Vegetarian. Food orders contribute towards your minimum spend requirement. No pre-payment is required for food as it gets added to your final tab on the night.

What entertainment and AV equipment is included with venue hire?

The venue provides in-house DJs, a magic mirror photo booth, and live professional singers at no additional cost. They also have a screen and projector, 4 handheld microphones, and a small raised stage area for speakers. The space is suitable for live music performances including bands and musicians.

What insurance is required for private events?

You must purchase public liability insurance for your event. The venue does not require equipment insurance for DJ equipment as the DJs carry their own coverage. You are responsible for obtaining one-off event insurance, which can be found by searching "event insurance UK" online.

Can I bring my own decorations and what are the restrictions?

Yes, you can add decorations to the venue, but you must remove them at the end of your event. Command strips are acceptable for wall attachments as they don't leave marks. You are liable for any damage costs if decorations harm the walls, paint, or furniture. Fixed furniture like drawers cannot be moved but you can decorate around them.

Welcome drinks can be arranged with tokens redeemable for prosecco, wine, beer, and soft drinks under £10. For 100 guests, 20 bottles of prosecco costs £630.
