The breakout area can be used as a pre-dinner reception space, allowing guests to mingle in a casual environment before sitting down to a meal. Frequently asked questions

The dining space accommodates up to 15 people maximum, with 3 tables and 20 chairs available. This makes it ideal for intimate private dinners, birthday celebrations, and anniversary gatherings.

The space includes a fully equipped kitchen with hob, microwave, and oven, plus all crockery, cutlery, and table cloths. You have access to everything needed to prepare and serve meals for your private dining event.

Base pricing starts from £1050 + VAT for day bookings, with evening events potentially incurring higher fees. You must pay the booking fee at least 7 days before your event via bank transfer (or payment link with 2% Stripe fee), plus a refundable damage deposit of 30% of the booking fee.

You can bring your own catering and have full access to the kitchen facilities. Alternatively, they work with approved caterers including Natural Kitchen (£10-30 per person) and Sands Catering (£15-40 per person) who have received outstanding client feedback.

After confirming event details, you must sign a location agreement, provide certificate of liability insurance, and make payments at least 7 days before the event. The owner must give final confirmation before the booking is secured.

Evening bookings from 6-10pm are possible but may incur higher fees than standard 9-5 bookings. Post-event cleaning is included in the hire price, but any additional cleaning during the event will incur extra charges.

There is metered on-street parking close to the venue (8:30am-6:30pm, maximum 4 hours). Outside these hours parking is free and unlimited. The nearest multi-storey car park is at 11 Clere St, London EC2A 4LJ (open 6:30am-7pm).

Day-before delivery and storage is possible but incurs an extra fee to be discussed with the owner. This is particularly relevant if there's an event the day before finishing at 6pm, which could affect delivery arrangements.
