What are the minimum spend requirements for the Dining space?

Minimum spend varies by date and demand, ranging from £2,000 to £20,000 (excluding VAT and service charge). For example, busy periods like July show minimum spends of £10,000-£20,000, while quieter periods may be negotiated down to £2,000 for returning clients. All minimum spends are subject to 15% service charge and VAT on top.

What food packages are available and at what cost?

The venue offers Caribbean-themed catering including canapés at £50-65 per person, bowl food options, and set menus at £65 per person (inc. VAT). Popular options include jerk chicken in coconut shells, mac & cheese, freetas (spinach fritters), and Trini puri. Buffet-style setups are available at £60 per person including welcome drink, two canapé starters, and mains buffet.

What drinks packages are offered and how much do they cost?

Three unlimited drinks packages are available: Classic Package (£45 for 2 hours/£60 for 3 hours) includes beer, wine, and soft drinks; Premium Package (£50 for 2 hours/£75 for 3 hours) adds prosecco and single spirits; Luxury Package (£65 for 2 hours/£95 for 3 hours) includes cocktails. Alternatively, open bar tabs and welcome drinks are available to meet minimum spend requirements.

How does VAT work on food and drinks?

VAT is included when ordering individually from the bar, but bespoke catering packages are subject to additional VAT. All minimum spends are quoted excluding VAT, which is then added on top along with the 15% service charge.

What are the venue's operating hours and closure periods?

The venue is typically closed from early January (around 11th January) and reopens around 16th January for annual closure. Events can run until 11:00pm-12:00am depending on the booking, with access typically available from 4:00pm for setup.
