The Business space can accommodate 80-100 attendees for keynote addresses, panel discussions, or Q&A sessions. The auditorium specifically holds up to 70 people in classroom layout. For smaller events, the space can handle groups as small as 2 people for intimate proposals or up to 50 guests for screenings with rectangular wooden trestle tables.

The venue is open for viewings Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. You need to contact the venue directly to book a specific time slot for your tour with the Development Coordinator. Site visits must be scheduled in advance and cannot be done as walk-ins.

The venue provides a 5-meter wide screen projector with high-quality speakers suitable for screenings and presentations. Additional AV equipment availability varies by specific requirements, so you should specify your exact technical needs when booking to confirm what's available versus what needs to be hired separately.

Art activity sessions with tutors cost £59.50 per person (excluding VAT). Adding alcoholic drinks (beer and white wine) increases the price to £72.50 per person (excluding VAT). Grazing platters with meats and cheeses are available for approximately £15 per person (excluding VAT).
