Team building art sessions cost £59.50 per person (excluding VAT) for the basic art activity with expert tutors. If you want alcoholic drinks included (beer and white wine), the price increases to £72.50 per person (excluding VAT). Sessions typically run for 2-3 hours minimum.

How does the booking and payment process work?

To secure your booking, you'll need to pay a 30% holding deposit of the total amount, which reserves the date and studio space. The remaining balance is due 2 weeks before your event. The venue will issue invoices through their finance team once dates are confirmed.

What are the viewing hours and how do I arrange a site visit?

The venue is open for viewings Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. You can arrange a tour by contacting them directly to book a specific time slot with their team.

Can I bring external catering and what are the restrictions?

External catering is allowed, and you can use the kitchen facilities for reheating and plating based on the nature of your event. The auditorium can accommodate up to 70 people in classroom layout. Studio spaces can handle various group sizes, with some accommodating 150-200 people for larger events. Specific capacity depends on the chosen space and layout requirements.

Are there any restrictions on setup requirements or event duration?

You can arrange setup times based on your needs - some events have required 4+ hours for setup. The venue is flexible with timing arrangements and can accommodate events requiring specific ceiling heights (minimum 3m available) and space dimensions (up to 8m length in some studios).

Can I bring my own decorators and what approval is needed?

External decorators are allowed without requiring specific approval processes mentioned. You can bring your own setup materials including flowers and decorations, and the venue will provide guidance on entrance access and directions for your guests.
