What are the viewing and booking hours?

Venue viewings are available Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. You need to book a specific time slot for tours with the venue coordinator.

What payment structure and timeline is required for bookings?

A 30% holding deposit is required to secure your date and space. The remaining balance must be cleared 2 weeks before the event date. The deposit holds the date and secures the studio for your event.

What AV equipment is available for screenings and presentations?

The venue provides a 5-meter wide screen projector with high-quality speakers suitable for screenings. This equipment is available for events requiring presentation or screening capabilities.

What are the policies for external catering and drinks?

External catering and decorators are allowed. However, the venue has approved drinks suppliers or charges corkage fees for outside drinks. Kitchen use is permitted based on the nature of your event.

What furniture and setup is provided for events?

The venue provides rectangular wooden trestle tables sufficient for up to 50 guests. Tables and chairs are available for various event configurations, and the venue can accommodate different seating arrangements based on your needs.

What are the minimum session durations and timing flexibility?

Team building sessions require a minimum of 2-3 hours. Sessions can run from 12pm to 3pm or 2pm to 5pm depending on your preference. Setup and breakdown time can be arranged separately from the main event duration.
