Main Space at Qube Elephant Lounge & Bar

The Events space has a capacity of 150 people. For promoted music events, the hire fee is £500 plus from £2200 (inc. VAT) minimum bar spend, which includes exclusive use of the Lounge & Bar, in-house PA system, and dedicated bar team.

There are two payment options: Option 1 - Pre-pay your tab in full with no security deposit required, or Option 2 - Fulfill your minimum bar spend during the event with a £500 security deposit required. Contracts must be signed to secure the date.

The venue includes an in-house PA system as part of the standard hire package. The space also features a sound system and dance area for events.

The Events space is ideal for private parties, birthday celebrations, launch parties, networking events, corporate parties, drinks receptions, promotional events, and music events. The space transitions effortlessly from intimate gatherings to lively socials with its plush seating and ambient lighting.

The venue has determined capacity and budget requirements for events. For smaller budget events, they may decline bookings if the budget doesn't meet their minimum requirements, as indicated in their response to some inquiries.

The venue features a fully stocked bar with premium cocktails and bespoke catering options. A dedicated bar team is included with the hire, and the space is designed to accommodate various catering setups from casual drinks to more formal reception-style service.
