What is the maximum seating capacity for screenings in The Onyx Bar?

The Onyx Bar can accommodate 300-350 people maximum for screenings. This capacity applies to the space when configured for film screenings and events.

What are the hire fees for The Onyx Bar screening space?

The hire fee for The Onyx Bar is £1,500 + VAT, which includes all staff and security. This is a flat rate that covers the basic venue hire with included amenities.

What AV equipment is included in the hire fee?

The space includes a large LED screen, PA system, 2 wired microphones, mappable LED lighting, and state-of-the-art sound system. A small stage can also be provided for speakers if needed.

Does Studio Spaces provide food and catering services?

No, Studio Spaces does not provide in-house catering. However, you can bring in external caterers, and they work with catering partners like Pique for light nibbles and refreshments.

What are the drink options and pricing?

The space has its own bar where guests can purchase drinks directly. Alternatively, drinks tokens for beer, wine, and soft drinks are available at £8.50 including VAT each.

Are tables and chairs provided for screenings?

Studio Spaces does not have chairs in-house for events. Tables and chairs need to be hired separately through external suppliers like www.yahire.com.

What are the standard operating hours and access times?

The venue's standard day hire runs from 8am-6pm, with hire fees starting at £2,000 + VAT per day for main spaces. Extended hours and overnight access may be available but would require separate arrangements.

Yes, the venue has disabled access and is located on the ground floor. They can provide a working cloakroom for events and have facilities to accommodate accessibility needs.
