What AV equipment is included with the Business space hire?

The venue provides a projector, screen, full AV system, and 4 handheld microphones. There is also a small raised stage area for speakers or presenters to be seen by the group. WiFi is available throughout the venue.

What are the capacity limits for corporate events in the Business space?

The venue can accommodate up to 200 people for standing receptions and corporate events. The open-plan layout allows for flexible arrangements and can be configured for smaller groups while maintaining the communal space feel.

What food and beverage options are available for corporate events?

The venue offers pizzas at £10.70 each (excluding service charge), with various flavours available. For larger events, they provide canapés, bowl food, and full drinks packages. Welcome drinks can be arranged, with prosecco requiring 20 bottles for 100 guests at £630 total. Food contributes towards the minimum spend requirement.

What entertainment is included with venue hire?

The venue provides in-house DJs, a magic mirror photo booth, and two to three live professional singers at no additional cost. External DJs and musicians can be brought in with prior approval and appropriate insurance documentation.
