West Hall Level 1 is the smaller of our spaces, with minimal roof support pillars providing the perfect blank canvas for your event. From exhibitions to banquets, we have managed and hosted many high-impact events in this space. This flexible venue has its own entrance and reception and boasts stunning natural light through its floor-to-ceiling character windows. The hall has a dedicated entrance just a few hundred metres from Kensington Olympia station and can be directly connected to The Grand's gallery floor.

As a dry hire venue, you must budget for additional security/stewarding, AV/production equipment, exhibition booth building and graphics, furniture, catering, power supply to exhibition areas, rigging, and draping. These costs are separate from the base venue hire fee.
