What are the dry hire rates for the Dining space and what's included?

Dry hire packages start from £10,000.00 and can go up to £14,000.00 inclusive of VAT depending on the event. This includes basic room hire only, with additional services like catering, AV, and security charged separately.

What are the capacity limits for different dining setups in this space?

The Dining space can accommodate up to 100 guests for a dinner, 80 guests for a dinner dance, and 130 guests for a reception. For events requiring boxing rings or similar equipment, capacity will be reduced accordingly.

What are the mandatory security requirements and costs?

Security is compulsory for all events at £29.40 per hour inclusive of VAT. For 1-200 guests, 2 guards are required minimum, with a 4-hour minimum booking. Security must be paid no later than 1 month prior to the event.

What are the banquet package options and pricing?

The banquet package is £126.00 per person including VAT and includes glass of sparkling wine, three course dinner, half bottle of house wine, coffee and petit fours, mineral water, and room hire from 18:00-01:00. Red carpet on arrival, black or white linens, dance floor, and dedicated event manager are included.

Are there restrictions on ticket sales for events?

For ticketed events, all tickets must be pre-purchased and the venue does not allow tickets to be sold on the night. This policy applies to all ticketed events regardless of size.

What lighting and AV equipment is available?

The venue has a lighting system available for events. Basic AV equipment like LCD projectors and screens are available from £195.00 inclusive of VAT, with additional AV requirements quoted separately through their AV supplier.

How long are provisional bookings held before requiring confirmation?

The venue places bookings on 'joint 1st option' initially, but will release provisional space holdings if no updates are received. Specific confirmation deadlines are communicated directly, such as requiring decisions by 1pm on specified dates.

What catering options are available beyond the banquet package?

Additional catering includes unlimited tea, coffee & refreshments at £11.50 per person inclusive of VAT, energising lunch at £20.95 per person, sandwich lunch at £12.95 per person, bacon or egg bap at £4.95 per person, and Danish pastries at £4.00 per person inclusive of VAT.

What are the operating hours and access times for events?

Standard room hire typically runs from 18:00-01:00 for evening events, though specific timing can be arranged. Early access may be available for additional charges, and all spaces must be vacated by specified times or additional de-rig charges apply.

Are there any special requirements for Christmas events?

Christmas packages are available at £112.00 per person inclusive of VAT (reduced from £190.00), including 3-course meal, exclusive room hire 18:00-01:00, sparkling wine on arrival, three course dinner, tea/coffee and mince pies, half bottle of wine per person, Christmas novelties, traditional room decoration, and DJ with dance floor until 1am.
