Basic breakfast (tea, coffee & pastries) costs £8+VAT per person. Full breakfast options (Hearty or Lighter) cost £21.50+VAT per person including items like bacon baps, croissants, and fruit. Drinks reception packages start at £62.25+VAT per person including 1 glass of prosecco, 2 drinks per person, and 6 canapes.

What are the capacity limits for different event formats in the Business space?

The Bridge Room can accommodate up to 50 people for breakfast events with panel discussions and networking. For larger groups requiring theatre-style seating up to 300 or cabaret style up to 180, the Banqueting Hall and River Room combination is recommended.

What AV equipment is included and what are the technical capabilities?

The Business space includes built-in 10k projectors, brand new PA system, 2 microphones, color-adjustable LED lighting, staging, lectern, and high-speed wired internet and WiFi. All AV equipment is included in the hire price with no additional charges.

What are the standard event timings and access arrangements?

Events typically run from 8:30am for breakfast events or 5:30pm-9:30pm for evening events. Day delegate packages include hire from 8am-5pm with organizer access from 8am on the event day.

How does the booking process work and what are the hold periods?

Spaces are available on joint 1st option, meaning if another client wants to confirm while you're considering, they can receive a contract. Once a contract is sent, the space moves to 2nd option for other enquiries until the contract is signed and returned.
