What is the pricing for the Lily Wedding Package and what does it include?

The Lily Wedding Package costs £244 plus VAT per guest with a minimum of 30 guests. It includes one hour sparkling wine reception, 8 canapés, three course dinner with tea/coffee and petit fours, half bottle of house wine with meal, champagne toast, white linen, silver cake stand and knife, room hire for Garden Lawn (one hour drinks reception) and Princess Alexandra Hall (access from 18:00-23:00), and event management.

What are the capacity limits for wedding ceremonies and receptions?

The Garden Lawn can accommodate 40 guests standing for arrival drinks reception. The Princess Alexandra Hall can seat 40 guests on round tables with space for a dance floor for the wedding dinner. The garden has a maximum capacity of 120 guests for larger celebrations.

What are the access times and restrictions for wedding events?

For the Lily Wedding Package, you get access to the Garden Lawn for one hour drinks reception and Princess Alexandra Hall from 18:00-23:00. Garden access varies by booking - some events have 14:00-22:00 or 18:00-22:00 access times, and the venue must be fully vacated by the specified end time.

Is dry hire available for weddings at Six Park Place?

No, dry hire is not available. The venue has very limited kitchen facilities that they can offer to external caterers, so all events must use Six Park Place's in-house catering services.

What music and entertainment restrictions apply to garden weddings?

In keeping with the clubhouse environment and neighbourhood, only jazz, classical or acoustic background music is permitted in the garden area. All entertainers must be approved in advance by the Event Team, and entertainment is charged at additional cost beyond the wedding package.

What is the booking process and deposit requirement for weddings?

To confirm your booking, provide written confirmation with contact details for contract and invoicing plus billing address. A signed contract and deposit of 100% of the package price based on minimum numbers is required within one week of confirmation.

What additional costs should couples budget for beyond the wedding package?

A discretionary 12.5% service charge on food and beverage is added to all final invoices (you can opt out by informing the team before final invoice). Entertainment is not included and charged separately. Any decorations beyond what's included in the package will be at additional cost.

Is overnight accommodation available for wedding guests?

Yes, overnight accommodation is available at the Clubhouse on the night of your event, subject to availability. For details or reservations, contact the Reservations Department directly.

What garden facilities are included for outdoor wedding celebrations?

The garden is complete with grill, pizza oven, lounge areas and parasols. It features fragrant colourful beds, verdant lawn, mature woodland trees, picturesque rose arch, and trickling water flows with panoramic views from the terrace into Green Park.

What are the minimum spend requirements for exclusive garden hire?

For garden exclusive hire, the minimum requirement is £11,500 plus VAT. Some quotes mention £12,000 minimum for garden reservation including hire charge and food & beverage, so costs vary depending on specific requirements and dates.
