Individual catering items range from £3.50+VAT for basic tea/coffee to £14.00+VAT for unlimited tea/coffee.

What are the room hire costs for different spaces and minimum requirements?

How long can you hold space without confirmation and what are the booking deadlines?

Event holds are typically released after 2-3 weeks without confirmation, with some holds lasting up to a month. For events requiring signed contracts, you may need to confirm by specific deadlines - for example, events in June requiring contracts by late May. The venue actively follows up on holds and will release space if no response is received.

What are the site visit restrictions and when can you view the spaces?

Site visits must be scheduled between 9:30am-11:30am and cannot be accommodated after midday. The venue requires advance scheduling and will not show rooms post-midday, so morning appointments are essential for viewing spaces.

What AV equipment is included and what are the additional costs?

Basic rooms include built-in screens, projectors, PA systems, and 2 handheld microphones. However, comprehensive AV packages cost extra: England Suite AV Package £3,495+VAT, 175 Suite AV Package £10,350+VAT per day, and Ashes Suite Conference Package £3,495+VAT. Can you bring external suppliers and what restrictions apply during cricket matches?

However, during T20 fixtures and cricket matches, regular event space bookings are not available and you must book hospitality packages instead, starting at £149+VAT per person.

What payment terms apply and when do you hand over to coordinators?

The venue hands over to your event coordinator only when the contracted amount is paid in full. For events requiring quick turnaround, contracts and payments may be needed within 2-4 weeks of the event date, depending on timing and availability.

The 175 Suite accommodates up to 700 delegates theatre style, while other spaces vary significantly. The venue can accommodate events from 70 people up to 2,000 people across multiple spaces, though larger events may require spreading attendees across several rooms rather than one single space.
