The Gallery features museum-grade lighting that provides professional lighting for filming. Track lighting is installed throughout the space, and a small conference projector is available for £250 plus VAT if needed.
Can I bring my own equipment and install items on the walls?
You can bring your own equipment, but any wall installations must be handled by Asia House's technician. The mandatory technician fee is £600 plus VAT for both installation and deinstallation.
What are the access arrangements and setup times for the Gallery?
Specific access times are arranged based on your requirements. The Gallery is on the lower ground floor with lift access available for equipment transport.
Is the Gallery space wheelchair accessible?
Yes, the building is fully accessible with a lift that provides access to the Gallery on the lower ground floor. A ramp is placed outside the building for wheelchair users during events.
Are there catering facilities available if needed during shoots or exhibitions?
Catering can be arranged through Asia House's internal caterers with drinks charged on consumption. There is no minimum spend requirement for beverages.
What are the payment terms and booking procedures?
All prices are quoted plus VAT. Payment must be made before the event date, and spaces can be placed on hold while you finalize details.
