The Ann Rylands Room is an ideal meeting space for up to 12 people. A lovely room, full of light and charm with access to it's own private rooftop terrace which is ideal for summer meetings. The space can also be used as a meeting breakout space in addition to the other first floor spaces. This Central London meeting space is perfect for smaller gatherings.



Frequently asked questions

Weekend bookings require a minimum spend of £4,000 per day. This applies to all weekend events regardless of the space booked or number of attendees.

The Classic Full Day Delegate Package costs £91 + VAT per person (minimum 34 guests) or £65 + VAT per person on Mondays and Fridays (minimum 30 guests). This includes room hire 8am-5pm, arrival pastries, mid-morning refreshments, deli sandwich lunch, afternoon tea with fruit skewers, screen and projector, Wi-Fi, flipchart, cloakroom, and directional signage.

The Council Chamber and Reception room can accommodate up to 60 people for seated meals. For theatre-style seating, the venue can host up to 70 guests maximum.

Standard business meeting access is 8am-5pm. Events can be extended beyond these hours but may incur additional charges.

All delegate packages include a screen and projector, Wi-Fi access, and flipchart. Additional AV requirements such as handheld microphones or PA systems may be available but are not specified as standard inclusions.

Three upgrade options are available: healthy working lunch for £5.50 + VAT per person, bowl food (5 bowls per person) for £11.50 + VAT per person, and fork buffet lunch for £15.00 + VAT per person. All upgrades have minimum number requirements.

After initial enquiry, the venue provides a venue brochure, sample event menu, and bespoke proposal. Clients can request a provision hold on their preferred date and book site visits to view the spaces before confirming.
