What is the venue hire cost for weddings and what does it include?

Wedding venue hire is £14,500 + VAT for a 10-hour exclusive hire period. This is a dry hire fee that covers only the use of the building and does not include catering, DJ, lighting, or other services. All additional services must be arranged separately on top of this base cost.

Can I book individual rooms or must I hire the entire venue?

Kent House Knightsbridge operates on exclusive hire only - you cannot hire separate rooms within the venue. The entire townhouse must be booked, which provides complete privacy and access to all event spaces including the Rutland Room, Marble Hall, North Sanctuary, and terraces.

Do you provide in-house catering or must I use external caterers?

Kent House does not offer internal catering for weddings. They recommend preferred catering partners including Hibiscus Food and Melanie's Catering, or you are welcome to bring in your own approved caterers. All catering costs are additional to the venue hire fee.

What AV equipment and facilities are included in the hire?
