The South Bank Suite offers a contemporary space for workshops, seminars, or larger conferences. The suite is made up of two larger rooms South Bank 1 and 2, with a smaller breakout room or greenspace adjoining called South Bank 3. The space is located on the lower ground floor and has high ceilings and a private foyer with an embedded coatrail and luggage storage area included. Hiring the suite includes a comprehensive AV package including 4 high-definition hybrid capable cameras, hybrid meeting facilities and a PA system (up to 6 handheld microphones and 1 lapel microphone.

Tea and coffee costs £2.50 + VAT per person per serve, with pastries adding £3.25 + VAT (total £5.75 + VAT). Lunch options include Bronze finger buffet from £15.50 + VAT per person, Silver at £18.10 + VAT, and Hot Fork buffet at £17.10 + VAT. If using Max Nasatyr at maximum capacity, you must use at least one breakout room for catering.
