The venue has a minimum requirement of 100 guests for events. Pricing starts from £155 per person excluding VAT for catering packages, with Day Delegate Rates beginning at £98 per person excluding VAT for conference bookings.

The main Auditorium seats 600 people in tiered theatre style with a 350sqm stage. Additional spaces include the Newgate Suite (can be divided into 4 breakout rooms, minimum 120 for catering), Upper and Lower River Rooms with Thames views, and complimentary green rooms (Castle Baynard and Workshop).

Room hire varies by space and duration: Auditorium from £14,500 for 8am-5:30pm, Newgate Suite £4,500-£6,500, Upper River Room £2,500-£3,500, Lower River Room £2,500, and Queenhithe £2,500. Evening hire typically costs more than daytime rates.

Day Delegate Rate includes arrival refreshments, mid-morning refreshments, hot fork buffet lunch, and afternoon refreshments. Additional options include bowl food at £40 per person, canapes at £13 per person (4 pieces), and drinks packages starting at £25 per person for 2 hours of house wine, beer and soft drinks.

Basic AV includes LCD projector, screen, flipchart, lectern and microphone. The Auditorium includes PA system, handheld radio mics, 16ft x 9ft screen, and 15k HD projector. Additional AV packages range from £1,100-£1,950 and are supplied by partner company Rockit.

Mandatory costs include staffing (event manager, stewards, security estimated at £1,798-£2,050), early access from 6am costs £2,000, and AV technician fees. All prices exclude VAT at 20%.

Enquiries are automatically released from the system if no response is received by end of business on the specified deadline. For short lead-time events, 100% payment may be required upfront, and venues can hold dates on joint first option basis while clients compare options.

Standard hire times are 8am-5:30pm for day events, with evening events typically 6:30pm-midnight. Early access from 6am is available for £2,000 additional cost. Load-in access can be arranged from 6-7am for conferences requiring setup time.

Events below the 100-person minimum or with budgets significantly below £155 per person may not be accommodated. The venue may decline bookings that don't meet their pricing structure, with some enquiries being referred to alternative venues if budget constraints cannot be met.

Drinks receptions can take place in the back of the Newgate Suite or on the shared Mezzanine space. The venue offers complimentary use of Foyer and Mezzanine areas, and the River Rooms provide spectacular views of London skyline for networking events.
