Are events cancelled if Chelsea has a fixture on the same date?

Yes, events cannot proceed if Chelsea has a home fixture scheduled for the same date, even if England is playing elsewhere. The venue will inform you if fixtures are scheduled and ask about date flexibility. You may need to find alternative dates to avoid match days.

What are the timing restrictions and access requirements?

Events typically run from 8:30am-5pm for conferences. Under the Bridge has a 1am late license for after-parties. The venue requires specific timing information before sending proposals and may not accommodate very short-notice requests or events with inflexible timing requirements.
