Daily hire starts at £2,000 + VAT for 8am-6pm access. Individual spaces vary: The Onyx Bar costs £1,500 + VAT, the Warehouse £2,500 + VAT, and the Black Studio £3,500 + VAT. All rates include staff, security, and basic AV equipment.
What AV equipment is included in the hire fee?
Each space includes LED screens, PA systems, wired microphones, and custom Funktion1 sound systems. The Black Studio also includes lighting and can provide a small stage. All AV equipment is included in the base hire fee.
Do you provide catering or can I bring external caterers?
The venue doesn't provide in-house catering but welcomes external caterers. They work with catering partners like Pique for light nibbles and can provide recommendations. All spaces have bar facilities where guests can purchase their own drinks.
