Hire of the Entire Tudor Barn allows for the most exclusive of events. The downstairs can host arrival drinks receptions, cocktail hours or even provide as a great breakout space. Directly outside the gastropub is the front lawn space, again a very versatile space for team building activities, pop up bars, live music performances and so much more. The upstairs Tudor Gallery can host your private dinners, meetings, conferences and then lead into your evening receptions. With a fully built in PA system and AV package as standard.

No, Tudor Barn Eltham does not offer dry hire of the venue. All food and drinks must be ordered directly with their on-site chefs, and clients cannot bring their own catering or access the kitchens.

The venue cannot cater to large guest numbers, with confirmed rejections for events with 500 guests. Based on correspondence, they appear to have capacity limitations that prevent them from hosting very large events.

For corporate events, the DDR (Day Delegate Rate) package starts from £39.95 + VAT per person with a minimum of 30 people required. If you have fewer than 30 guests, you still pay for the minimum 30 people. The 6-item finger buffet is priced at £18.95 per person, also with a 30-person minimum.
