Executive Boardrooms are available for smaller corporate meetings and can serve as syndicate spaces for larger conferences. All boardrooms offer views of the Wanyama Reserve and include Wi-Fi, audio-visual capabilities, and a dedicated Conference Host.

All Executive Boardrooms include plasma TV screens, audio-visual capabilities, and complimentary Wi-Fi. A dedicated Conference Host is provided for the duration of your event to manage technical requirements. Stationary is also provided as standard.

Based on previous corporate bookings, events typically run from 8:30am-5:00pm for full-day conferences. Half-day meetings and shorter boardroom sessions are also accommodated. The venue can handle multi-day conferences with overnight accommodation options.

What parking and accessibility features are available?

Car parking is available for delegates. The venue can accommodate accessibility requirements including easy access arrangements with no stairs when specifically requested for events.

Can external suppliers and catering be brought in for corporate events?

The venue allows external catering arrangements and can work with outside AV companies when hybrid streaming or specialized technical requirements are needed. The Conference Team coordinates with external suppliers to ensure seamless event delivery.
