The Queen's Stand has a range of stylish double boxes. The boxes are well equipped and versatile, so can easily accommodate your dinner's needs. It is an ideal space for an intimate Banquet, Birthday Dinner, Christmas Dinner or Dinner Party. The Boardroom is the perfect Dining Room and is suited for any smaller Dining Event - Corporate or Private. The price listed is inclusive of VAT. Day Delegate Rate starts from £53 per person for groups of 30 or more. All-inclusive dining packages are available at £76 per person including VAT, which covers room hire, glass of bubbly on arrival, 3-course seated meal, tea and coffee, staffing and security.

External catering is not normally allowed on site. The venue works with contracted preferred caterers who handle both room hire and catering as part of their package, and you must use one of these approved partners rather than sourcing your own catering.

The Diomed suite can accommodate up to 500 people in theatre style or 224 people in cabaret style for dining. The Oaks Hall can accommodate approximately 50 people, and there are stylish double boxes in the Queen's Stand suitable for intimate dining events.

Yes, wine can be added at £18.75 per person for half a bottle, or you can upgrade to high-end wine bottles. DJ and dance floor costs £400 plus VAT, and there may be additional charges for menu upgrades depending on your selections.

Kitchen facilities in the largest halls cannot service seated capacity for very large numbers (over 500 seated guests). For events requiring 700 total guests with 500 seated, the kitchen facilities would not be adequate to handle this level of service.
