Fully self-contained on a dedicated floor of the hotel, with its own private entrance, the Palace Suites can accommodate up to 320 guests cabaret style and is the ideal venue for a large conference. The floor offers four separate rooms that can be used for break-out sessions, smaller seminars, or meetings. In addition, there's an area for exhibitions and drinks receptions.

The Kensington Suite offers flexibility for large and small meetings. The Kensington is able to split into 2 equal sections, the Victoria and Albert. Names after Queen Victoria herself, the Victoria is the ideal suite for networking, exhibitions and one to one meetings.

The Palace Suite events floor, contains 2 Executive Boardrooms, the Chelsea and Westminster Suites. Ideal for meetings, AV crew rooms, offices and storage, the possibilities are endless. Bertie's Bar - Mezzanine Level

York Suite - Mezzanine Level

The York Suite is defined by its fabulous floor-to-ceiling triple glazed windows that run along one side of the room, allowing sunlight to stream through the windows. The York Suite is a large room with the capacity to hold up to 98 guests cabaret style. A separate registration area, means you can maximise the space in the room and even have room for small pop up banners or food stations.

Located on our 2nd floor, this Executive Boardroom is perfect for any corporate meeting. Self-Contained, the Highgrove includes a catering area within the suite, natural daylight, storage, restrooms and you can even use the Balmoral as a larger breakout room.
Lancaster Suite - Mezzanine Level

The Lancaster Suite is an intimate suite, with great character, which includes half-timber panelling. It is located on the Mezzanine Level, adjacent to the York Suite. The Lancaster also has a goods lift, which is hidden away and can be used to bring up heavy items to the mezzanine level.
