CAYA is a great coffee shop and workspace in Brixton. The space is a beautiful mix of reclaimed wood, pops of colour, natural light along with a tailored table area in a clean minimalist design. The space can be dressed for a large communal meal with 10-20 around a large table, or smaller tables of 2-3 people around the space. Seating is on small wooden stools, high bar stools or comfortable chairs. If you wish to offer a canape or buffet service there is plenty of room to serve using the counter area and meeting room area as prep spaces, where there are also facilities to wash up as you go.

The front counter provides access to a commercial espresso machine, a batch coffee brewer, a double panini grill, and electric hobs. The space also comes with 4 fridges, 2 bathrooms and a store room.
