Lounge with comfy armchairs and sofas, fireplace and quirky artwork on the walls. This room is perfect for coffee breaks and lunch. The furniture can also be moved to make a cosy space for standing evening reception, particularly when booked with adjoining room 'The Study' which can be used for laying out tea and coffee or drinks.
The Study
Capacity: Up to 10 Boardroom guests
Pricing: 50 / Venue Fee
The Study is a quiet boardroom with a large oak table surrounded by artwork such a large map and painting. The study does not have AV equipment, so it is used for meetings and a quiet space. Or as a catering room, particularly when used together with the adjoining Lounge. The study has windows overlooking the outdoor terrace, and next door to a tech zone where guests can use the communal computers.
Notting Hill Room
Capacity: Up to 54 Theatre guests

Notting Hill Room is filled with natural daylight from floor to ceiling windows overlooking Russell Square. The room can be laid out many formats, and AV includes a projector and scree and inbuilt speakers in all corners of the room. The wooden floor gives a projecting acoustic. Notting Hill is on the first floor and next door to Kensington boardroom, the two rooms are often hired together.
Richmond & Kew
Capacity: Up to 42 Theatre guests

Kew & Richmond is a large training room which can be open, or split with easy, quick to move partition wall. This provides an ideal room for meetings following by separate breakout spaces for group work, or a catering spaces.
King's Cross
