The Fireworks Factory is our largest space with a remarkable 1502m2 of flat floor space, offering complete freedom to configure your layout on the long or short axis, or even in the round - accommodating up to 1800 guests standing. The room can include use of the bar and outdoor courtyard that run parallel, making it perfect for award ceremonies, conferences, networking events, product launches, galas, balls, expos, exhibitions, and large weddings. The venue has hosted an international tech conference, video gaming and runway events and a contemporary art fair, so the options are endless!

One of our most adaptable rooms, this ground floor space is perfect for dinners, parties and celebrations, and it's a great meeting or networking space too. All four walls are finished in the original exposed brick, with sash windows that look onto our outdoor courtyard. A private entrance from the riverside is available for events with guests arriving by boat. This versatile space accommodates capacities of 108 for dinner or 130 theatre-style, and can be used in combination with our Beanfeast room for events where more than one space is desired.
Beanfeast

Ideal for meetings, presentations, drinks receptions, and networking events, this beautiful riverside room on the first floor tells its own stories through the many textures of its exposed brick walls, naked timber ceiling and restored original sash windows overlooking the Thames. These features are complemented by polished modern finishes, including a beautiful new timber floor and a flexible track and spot lighting system. Beanfeast can be accessed via lift or stairs and also benefits from a private entrance on the riverfront for guests arriving by boat.
Stonecutters and Ropekeepers Studios

Stonecutters Studio is the largest of our four studios. The space is perfect for meetings, presentations or as a breakout space during conferences or away days. It's separated from the adjacent room, Ropekeepers Studio, by a moveable acoustic partition wall, making the combined space 35 meters long. Slightly wider than its sister studio, Ropekeepers Studio is a well-proportioned, dual-aspect space. Its high vaulted ceiling is supported by original timber roof trusses. Two of its walls are exposed brick, punctuated by mirrors, oak ballet barres and seven large, original timber sash windows.
Coopers Studio

The Coopers Studio internal window overlooks The Fireworks Factory space, making it suitable as a support space, control room or production office for large-scale events like location film shoots. It has a capacity of up to 60, so works perfectly for small scale dance, theatre and music rehearsals complete with fixed to wall mirrors.
Worker's Yard
Capacity: Up to 1000 Standing guests

The Worker's Yard makes a great addition for outdoor catering, summer parties and big festivals, ready for food vendors, trailers and small marquees or large structured tents. Complete with a shipping container bar for your guests use if required!
