Our Event Space is a huge warehouse venue that is a real blank canvas with a large bar and separate entrance. We have theatre seating for 600, banqueting for 400 and standing room for 700, a high spec projector and large projector screen, excellent audio facilities, lighting and staging, as well as direct access to our huge garden. The roller shutters straight into our warehouse are a real bonus for loads-ins.

Flukes

Designed to evoke 1970s British working men's clubs, Flukes brings together bold colours, graphic flooring, a dramatic curtained bar and soft lighting that makes every shot feel effortlessly cinematic. The layout is flexible, the backdrops are strong, and the space has a proven track record hosting everything from brand shoots and music videos to full-scale productions. It looks just as good in real life as it does on camera.

Big Penny Beach Club

Running from 22 May to 30 August, it's a brilliantly unique setting for a private event with a difference. Whether you're planning a kids' birthday, an office party or a brand activation, the Beach Club offers a sun-soaked backdrop that's fun for all ages — and genuinely unlike anywhere else in London.

Big Penny Studio is our brand-new event space — smart, flexible, and seamlessly connected to the wider Big Penny Social. Now available to hire, it’s perfect for everything from private parties to corporate gatherings. In November, The Studio will undergo a festive transformation, featuring a stylish Christmas makeover complete with curling lanes — ideal for group bookings or as a memorable addition to your festive party package.
