The Demonstration is a bright, light-filled room with a large demonstration cooking station and a big overhead mirror that allows all guests to see the cooking properly. The space fits 20 people seated, or 40 for a standing reception. The room can be hired in conjunction with other spaces at The School for a range of filming locations.
