This includes exclusive use for 6-8 hours (all events must end at 12am), bespoke room setup, dedicated Event Manager on the day, security/hospitality/bar staff, cleaning, complimentary WiFi, onsite parking, and basic AV equipment including LCD screen, projector, and conference phone.
Are there accessibility limitations for the Business space?
Yes, the Stanley Stephenson Lounge is located on the 2nd floor with no lifts or step-free entrances available. This makes the space unsuitable for guests with mobility issues or wheelchair users.
Can I bring external catering or hire my own caterers?
No, external catering is strictly prohibited. All food and beverage must be provided by Selhurst Park's in-house catering team, though they can accommodate dietary requirements with advance notice. Leftover food cannot be taken home due to food safety policies.
What are the restrictions on external suppliers and entertainment?
External DJs are permitted but must provide public liability insurance and PAT testing documentation 7 days prior to the event. External decorators are allowed but cannot attach anything to walls and must provide PAT testing and public liability documentation for electrical equipment. You can also book in-house DJ services through KT Entertainments.
What AV equipment is included and what are the technical requirements?
Included AV equipment comprises LCD mounted TV screens, LCD projector and screen, conference phone, and sound system. Artwork for displays must be sent 2 business days prior in PowerPoint or .mov format. The venue provides complimentary WiFi and can accommodate slideshow visuals with audio elements if notified in advance.
How does the bar service work and what are the payment options?
Each space has a fully staffed bar within the room. You can either choose a cash bar where guests pay individually, or arrange for drinks to be charged to your account. The venue handles all beverage service in-house and external alcohol is not permitted.
Are there date restrictions or blackout periods I should know about?
The venue is unavailable on match days when Crystal Palace has home fixtures, and the venue is closed on December 23rd. Premier League fixtures are typically released in June, so availability for certain dates may not be confirmed until then, particularly for events planned during football season.
