What are the capacity limits and space options available?
The venue can accommodate up to 750 guests for exclusive hire with access to all four mini golf courses, restaurant, 360-degree bar, and cloakroom. Semi-private areas are available for smaller groups, with options for 70-150 guests depending on the specific area booked.
What are the operating hours and timing restrictions?
The venue opens at 12:00 PM daily. Evening events typically run from 18:00-23:00 or 18:00-00:00 depending on the booking. Events cannot start before the venue opens, and specific timing must be confirmed based on availability.
How much does mini golf cost per person and how long does it take?
Mini golf costs £13 per person and is included in the minimum spend. Each team of up to 6 people takes approximately 30 minutes to complete one round. For larger groups, teams play sequentially on the same course, with each team teeing off a few minutes apart.
What deposit and payment terms are required?
A 25% deposit based on the minimum spend is required to confirm the booking. The remaining balance must be paid at least 1 month before the event date. All payments are processed according to these fixed timelines.
What additional charges apply beyond the minimum spend?
A 12.5% optional service charge is added to all bills. If your food and drink packages don't reach the minimum spend, the remaining balance must be used as a bar tab for additional food or drinks on the day.
What food and drink packages are available?
Christmas packages range from basic options to the Platinum package at £67 per person (VAT inc), which includes unlimited house drinks for 2 hours, 1 game of mini golf, and 9 food items per person. All guests must choose the same package unless there are dietary requirements, and food is served buffet-style 20-30 minutes after arrival.

The venue provides food from their shareables and pizza menu, which must be pre-ordered. For entertainment events requiring DJ equipment or live music, you must coordinate directly with the General Manager as special arrangements may be needed.
