The Council Room accommodates up to 24 guests boardroom style, 30 in hollow square, 40 cabaret style, or 60 theatre style. The Manufacturing Room holds 30 guests boardroom style, 40 cabaret style, or 60 theatre style. With 40 guests, spaces can accommodate cabaret style, theatre style with AV space, or boardroom style for up to 30 guests without AV or 28 guests with AV.
What AV equipment is available and what are the costs?
Available AV includes: Full Hybrid package with 85" screen, HD camera, sound and microphones (£275), 85" screen and soundbar only (£165), laptop (£66), lectern (£22), and flipchart (£22 each). All AV prices are subject to VAT and include technical support from a specialized AV technician on the day.
What catering options are available for business events?
All catering is provided by Company of Cooks, the in-house caterer, with customizable packages. Day Delegate Rate starts from £38.80 + VAT per person including arrival pastries, mid-morning refreshments, sandwich working lunch, and afternoon refreshments. Guests can go off-site for meals but cannot bring outside food back into the venue.
