Private hire minimum spends vary by space, day, and time. The Palm Lounge costs £9,500 inclusive of VAT and service charge for evening events (18:00-00:00), while the Gin Terrace costs £7,500 inclusive for similar timings. Full venue private hire from 7pm to close costs £4,000 minimum including food, beverage spend, crazy golf, and service charge.

A discretionary service charge is applied to all bookings - either 10% or 12.5% depending on the package. This covers staff service throughout your event and is added to your total bill on top of the minimum spend requirements.

The Palm Lounge accommodates up to 50 guests, the Gin Terrace holds up to 50 guests, and the full Meteorite floor can accommodate up to 900 guests. For smaller groups, package deals are available for 25+ people with reserved areas.

Swingers cannot put specific dates on hold until an initial payment is made due to high demand. Once you confirm a proposal, they will send a contract with payment details to secure your booking. Site visits can be arranged to view spaces before booking.

Three main packages are available: Jet Set (£66 per person + 10% service charge) includes 3 house drinks, golf, carnival games, and 90-minute reserved area; All Set (£78 per person + 10% service charge) adds unlimited drinks for 90 minutes; Ultimate Set (£98 per person + 10% service charge) provides 3 hours unlimited drinks and reserved area.

Swingers is usually an 18+ venue, but children are allowed on Sundays only during specific sessions: 11am-12:30pm, 12:30pm-2pm, 2pm-3:30pm, and 3:30pm-5pm. All under 18s must vacate the venue before 6pm on Sundays. Family packages with kids' menus are available for these sessions.

Private hire includes one round of 9-hole crazy golf per person with scheduled tee-off times, access to Swingers Carnival (retro arcade games - typically 5-9 games per person depending on package), DJ playing from 18:00, and an event planner. The Gin Terrace also offers views over the Lighthouse Course.

Events include delicious street food from London vendors like Pizza Pilgrims, Patty&Bun, Breddos Tacos, and Crosstown, with food spend typically £16-17.50 per person. Drink options range from selected house drinks to unlimited premium drinks packages. Christmas packages include arrival cocktails and themed items like golf visors.

The Gin Terrace has speakers available for events. For presentations and corporate events, venues can accommodate AV requirements, though specific details about screens, microphones, and other technical equipment need to be confirmed with the operational team based on your requirements.

The venue gets very busy during peak times, particularly for Christmas parties in December. Some dates may not be available at short notice, and alternative venues (like Swingers City) may be suggested if West End is fully booked. Family sessions are restricted to Sunday afternoons only.
