Security is mandatory for all events at The Londoner. One security guard per 100 attendees is required at £35.00 per hour with a minimum 6-hour booking. One security guard is also required for the full setup and de-rig timings for each event. The number of guards may increase depending on the nature of the event.

Events can run from 8:00 to 17:30 including setup and de-rig. Setup is available from 7:00am-11:00am, meetings from 11:00am-17:00pm, and de-rig from 17:00pm-17:30pm. Extensions to these timings may require a pricing review.

External AV providers can be used but incur an External AV Provider Charge starting from £3,000.00. Additional AV equipment beyond what's included can be quoted separately, with items like LED screens (70"-85") starting at £1,080.00, PA systems at £650.00, and microphones at £120.00, subject to availability.
