What is the minimum spend for hiring The Podium for a conference or event?

The minimum spend for The Podium starts at £1,000 and increases depending on day and time.

How do I secure a booking and what is the deposit policy?

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking. The deposit is redeemable against your total spend. No booking is finalized without receipt of the deposit, and any required payment should be made through a provided secure online link.

What are the payment timelines for conference bookings?

After the deposit is paid to secure your date, the remaining minimum spend is due before the event. No payment is invoiced after the event. Pre-orders (food and drink) must be completed at least 7 days prior to your booking date for larger groups.

Can I decorate the Podium?

Decorations may be brought but cannot be fixed to the walls- however, there is space to hang items. Balloons, roller banners or fixed items which can be placed on the floor are welcome.

Are there any activities in The Podium?

The podium can also have Karaoke and screens are available.

Can I bring in my own catering or external vendors for my event?

Outside catering is not permitted, as the venue operates as a food hall with in-house food offerings. All food and drink must be purchased through KERB Sports Bar.

Are there restrictions on the type of activities or entertainment allowed in the space?

DJs and ticketed events are accepted in the Podium, as well as conferences and other events. The license ends at 11pm but a temporary events license can be applied for (which may be an extra cost).

What facilities for AV, presentations, or quizzes are available in The Podium?

AV equipment such as microphones can be provided, as can portable screens.

Is security or staffing required or included for conferences in The Podium?

The usual staffing and security is provided for all bookings in the Podium.
