How much notice is required for bookings and what happens if there's a fixture clash?

Events cannot be accommodated with very short notice (next-day bookings are declined). If Chelsea has a fixture scheduled on your requested date, the venue will be unavailable regardless of whether it's a home or away game. Flexibility around dates is essential when booking.
