Pricing varies by event type: Party packages start from £70 per guest (including room, food, and welcome drink), DDR packages from £75 per guest, and wedding packages from £80 per guest. All prices are inclusive and there are no additional room hire costs.

How does ferry transport work and what are the logistics for getting guests to the island?

Ferry collection and drop-off is complimentary for all events. The venue operates a shuttle-style service with 2 boats running back and forth continuously, taking only 30-45 seconds to reach the island. For larger groups, a 50-80 seater boat is available for 1 hour on guest arrival (subject to availability), plus two 11-seater boats operate throughout the event.

What are the music and event end time restrictions?

Music is allowed until 11:45PM and all guests must vacate the island by midnight. Outside DJs, bands, and entertainment are permitted. The venue allows outside decor and vendors, making it flexible for customized events.

What deposit is required and how far in advance must it be paid?

A 50% deposit is required to secure any date if the event is within 6 months. All dates are secured on a first-come, first-served basis, and the venue cannot hold dates during the consultation period without a deposit.

What catering options are available and can outside catering be brought in?

The venue offers various catering packages including BBQ buffets, Indian buffets, finger food, and 3-course meals with different menu tiers (Classic, Diamond, Platinum). Outside catering and vendors are allowed. The venue also offers a 10% discount on all pre-ordered drinks.

Ravens Ait offers multiple spaces: Thames Suite & Patio (suitable for corporate events and smaller parties), Britannia & Terrace (for dining events), and Marquee & Lawns (for larger parties up to 200+ guests). The island provides exclusive use, meaning no other events happen simultaneously.

Is parking available and how do guests access the venue by car?

Car parking is available on the mainland before taking the ferry to the island. Specific parking arrangements and capacity details are provided in a separate parking document that the venue shares with clients during the booking process.

What audio-visual equipment and meeting facilities are included?

Corporate packages include screen and projector, flip charts, stationery, and water. The venue can accommodate various setups including theatre style, cabaret style, and dining configurations. Additional AV requirements can be arranged, and the venue supports presentations and conferences.

Can alcohol be brought from outside and what are the bar arrangements?
