Filled with natural daylight and period charm, a flexible and popular room often used in conjunction with the Nash as a separate catering or exhibition space. It can be used as a standalone conference room with stage and sets, or as a breakout and networking room. It seats 120 guests in theatre style or 160 as a drinks reception. Weekend bookings require a minimum spend of £15,000 to open the venue, as 116 Pall Mall only operates during weekdays under normal circumstances. This minimum applies to the total event cost including venue hire, catering, and any additional services.

Standard venue hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm on weekdays. Early access before 8:00am or late access after 5:00pm incurs additional charges of £1,250 + VAT per hour. Events can be extended until 1:00am with these hourly charges applying.

A 50% deposit is required within 14 days of signing the contract to secure your booking. Payment can be made by BACS transfer, over the phone, or via payment link (AMEX not accepted on payment link). AMEX payments via PDQ machine incur an additional 5% charge on the invoice value.

External catering is strictly forbidden at the venue. All catering must be provided by Searcys, the venue's award-winning in-house catering team. They specialize in seasonal ingredients and sustainable practices, offering set menu options with dietary requirements catered for separately.
