What are the pricing options for Christmas party events at Evolution London?

Christmas party events are priced per person with dates ranging from £115-£144 + VAT. Friday 28th November costs £118 + VAT per person, Saturday 7th December includes unlimited drinks for £133 + VAT per person, Thursday 11th December costs £120 + VAT per person, Thursday 18th December costs £120 + VAT per person, Friday 19th December costs £118 + VAT per person, and Saturday 20th December costs £116 + VAT per person.

What is included in the standard Christmas party package?

The package includes hot and cold canapé reception, exceptional three-course dinner by Moving Venue, stunning themed atmosphere, entertainment show throughout the night, adrenaline-pumping dodgems, state-of-the-art light show and DJ, live six-piece band, late night snacks, use of your table for the duration, free cloakroom facilities, free car parking, and dedicated black taxi rank. Drinks package upgrades are available for an additional cost.

Saturday 7th December automatically includes unlimited drinks in the base price of £133 + VAT per person. What is the dress code policy for events at Evolution London?

The venue encourages guests to dress up with fancy dress permitted if tasteful and in keeping with the theme. Absolutely no jeans, trainers or sportswear are allowed. Black tie is welcome and adds to the special atmosphere of the evening.

What are the capacity limits for different types of dining events?

Evolution London can accommodate up to 2,000 for dinner events and 4,000 for receptions and parties. The venue cannot accommodate extremely large groups, with one inquiry for 5,000 guests being declined as too large for the space.

How far in advance do I need to pay for my event booking?

For events less than 4 weeks away, full payment is required within 10 days to fully secure the spaces. For standard bookings, a deposit is typically required first, followed by full payment closer to the event date.

The venue focuses on corporate events, Christmas parties, dining experiences, and private celebrations rather than public music concerts.

All catering is provided in-house by Moving Venue, offering seasonally inspired, bespoke fresh menus. Options include three-course seated dinners, bowl food service (typically 5 items per person), hot and cold canapé receptions, and various buffet styles. Pre-event menu tastings are available for larger bookings.

What are the standard event timings and access hours?

Christmas party events typically run from 18:30/19:00 until 01:00 with exclusive venue hire during these hours. For private events, client access for setup can begin from 15:00. The venue operates on 24-hour hire periods from 6am to 6am for larger corporate events.
