Churchill's Bar has a £400 room hire cost for arrival drinks. The London Meeting room is £500, and the Thames Suite is £950 room hire.

The Meston Suite accommodates up to 72 banqueting, 80 reception, 70 theatre, or 48 cabaret. The Whitehall Suite holds 150 dinner & dance or 280 reception. The Gladstone Library seats 160 cabaret. The River Room fits 72 banqueting, 80 reception, 70 theatre, or 48 cabaret.

What are the dinner package rates and what's included?

Dinner packages start from £120-£145 per person including sparkling wine on arrival, three-course pre-ordered set menu, room hire, half bottle of house wine and mineral water per person, menus, candelabras and mirrored centerpieces, and table plan. Christmas packages are £145 per person with additional Christmas decorations and crackers. Minimum numbers are typically 20-80 depending on the package.

What Day Delegate Rate packages are available and what do they include?

Day Delegate Rates range from £88-£152 per person and include arrival tea/coffee, mid-morning break, working buffet lunch, afternoon break, room hire, flipchart with pads and pens, delegate stationery, mineral water, mints, and complimentary Wi-Fi. Continental breakfast can be added for £35-£42 per person. Minimum numbers are typically 25-50 people.

What are the drinks package options and pricing?

Silver Package: £35 per person for one hour of house wine, beer and soft drinks (£55 with spirits). Gold Package: £55-£65 per person for two hours. Diamond Package: £85-£90 per person for three hours. Champagne Package: £95-£110 per person for three hours including house champagne. Individual bottles start from £43 for house wine, £48 for sparkling wine, and £80 for champagne.

How long can the venue hold space without confirmation and what are the booking requirements?

The venue typically holds space for short periods requiring confirmation by specific deadlines, often within 24-48 hours or by 3-4pm on specified days. Site visits can be arranged during business hours (10am-4:30pm typically). Confirmation is required to secure bookings, and spaces are released if no response is received by the deadline.

What catering options are available beyond the standard packages?

Additional catering includes canapés from £29 per person, finger food from £55 per person, bowl food from £85 per person, and cheese and port from £32 per person. The venue can accommodate halal menus and provides events bar menus for soft drinks. Continental breakfast is £35 per person and full English breakfast buffet is £46 per person.

What AV equipment and technical services are available?

AV services include large PA systems (£250), gooseneck microphones (£60 each), handheld microphones (£60 each), 42-inch comfort monitors (£265), Sony cameras with tripods (£615), laptops with Zoom/Teams (£35), and on-site AV technicians (£350 each). Screen and projector equipment is available, with delivery/collection charges of £95.

Are there restrictions on filming or special event requirements?

Filming is accommodated with full-day rates only (no half-day rates available). The River Room filming rate was quoted at £700-£1,000 for evening slots (6:30pm-11pm). Documentary filming requires 3 hours minimum for setup, filming, and pack down. Special events like balls may not be accommodated depending on the nature and scale of the event.

What spaces have restricted access and what are the limitations?

The Whitehall Suite and Reception have restricted access via stairs only. Some event spaces are located on different floors or in separate parts of the building. The venue can accommodate events from 8am-5pm for daytime events, with evening events typically running until 11pm or 11:30pm.
