Conference events can only run from 9am to 4pm, as the venue needs to reopen for evening bookings at 5pm. The venue team opens at 10:30am for site visits. Additional hours beyond the standard timeframe incur extension fees.

A 25% deposit is required to secure the booking, with the remainder due no later than 28 days prior to the event.
