Private Dining Room at The May Fair Hotel

The Private Dining Room has a room hire fee of £1,000 and requires a minimum Food & Beverage spend of £4,000 including VAT, exclusive of 10% service charge on Food & Beverage. The Private Dining Room includes LCD projector, PA system, Wi-Fi connection, dimmer lighting controls, and air conditioning. These facilities support wedding ceremonies with presentations, speeches, or multimedia displays.

Quotes are offered on a joint option basis, meaning the space is offered first-come-first-serve to multiple clients on the same dates. Rates are valid for 5 working days, and the venue reserves the right to re-quote if not accepted within this timeframe.

A 10% service charge applies to all Food & Beverage purchases and is excluded from the minimum spend requirement. For events over 50 guests, security is mandatory at £30 per hour with a minimum 6-hour requirement (1 security guard per 50-100 guests).

Event timings can be arranged from early morning through to midnight, with access typically available from 18:30 onwards for evening events. The venue provides dedicated Events Executive for pre-event coordination and Event Manager for day-of support.
