For larger groups, the restaurant area seats up to 75 guests, and you can combine spaces like the restaurant area with the Rose private room for up to 140-150 guests standing capacity.
How does the Christmas package system work and what's included?
Christmas packages are mandatory for private bookings and include globally inspired food served buffet-style in platters, a selection of drinks, and a game of mini golf. All guests must choose the same package unless they have dietary requirements. Any remaining balance from your minimum spend becomes a bar tab for additional drinks or food.
What are the booking requirements and payment terms?
A 25% deposit of your minimum spend is required to secure the booking, along with a signed event contract. The remaining balance, drinks pre-orders, and dietary requirements must be provided at least 30 days before your event date. Private dining events typically run 5-6 hours, such as 17:00-23:00 or 12:00-16:00. The venue closes at 22:00 on Sundays and doesn't host DJs on Sundays. Saturday events may have higher minimum spends and DJs typically start earlier than 21:30.
What AV equipment and entertainment options are available?
The Ruby room includes a large plasma screen and microphone. The restaurant area has a big screen and projector. You'll need to bring your own HDMI cable for presentations. For full venue hires, a DJ booth is available, but DJs are not permitted on Sundays.
Are there any restrictions on food service timing or dietary accommodations?
The kitchen opens at 12:00, so food packages are only available from noon onwards. Before 12:00, only unlimited teas, coffees (£4 per person), and cookies (£2 extra) are available. Fully vegan, gluten-free, and nut-free packages are available when requested in advance.
