What are the venue opening hours and are there restrictions on event timing?
All events must conclude by 00:00 (midnight) due to a strict venue curfew enforced every night from 00:00-07:00 as part of a residential agreement with Lambeth Council. No events can run past midnight under any circumstances. Early access for setup is often available from 7am or 9am, depending on the room and nature of the event.
What is the process for booking and how long is a hold placed on a space?
Spaces can be placed on first option hold for a period of 2 weeks. If no contract is signed or further communication received by the end of the hold period, the reservation will be released without notice. Site visits can be arranged before confirming the booking.
Is external catering or alcohol permitted, and are there any related fees?
External alcohol is permitted but incurs a corkage charge (exact corkage fee not specified here). Clients can provide their own food under dry hire agreements; all such arrangements require explicit confirmation with the events team and may be subject to additional service or compliance requirements.
